Terms of use

Short version: TripPakka is a planning tool for you and your friends. Use it in good faith, settle money between yourselves, and do not rely on it as a financial service, because it is not one. Last updated 1 July 2026.

The service

TripPakka helps a group find travel dates and keep a shared record of who has chipped in for a trip. It is provided as-is, free of charge, and may change or pause as we build. We do our best to keep your plans available but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Money moves outside the app

All payments happen directly between group members over UPI, in your own UPI apps. TripPakka never holds or transfers money and is not a payment aggregator, wallet, or escrow. The pool ledger reflects what members and leads report; verifying that money actually changed hands is between you and your group. Disputes about payments are yours to settle, the way they would be if you had used a notebook.

Your group, your conduct

Trip leads can edit and delete trips, which affects everyone in them. Only invite people you actually want in the plan, and only join trips you were invited to. Do not use TripPakka to harass anyone or to run anything unlawful.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, TripPakka is not liable for cancelled trips, missed bookings, or money lost between group members. The app coordinates plans; the trip itself is on you and your friends, which is rather the point.
